The Greater Eugene Area Riders (GEARs) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Our mission is to promote and encourage safe bicycle riding for health, recreation and transportation in our community. GEARs’ coordinates weekly rides, provides educational programs, defends the rights and responsibilities of bicyclists and works to enhance our local bike culture.
