This year Bike Day is growing up! This fifth year of Bike Day will still be celebrated at the Science Factory near Autzen and will still include several family friendly events (performances, bike safety rodeo, etc.) but will also be an all inclusive bike party celebrating all kinds of biking in Eugene-
bmx, cargo, freestyle, freeride, fixie, folder, family, kinetic, mountain, recumbent, roadie, trikes, cross, unicycle, utility, etc.
We’ll have a lot of great booths, a couple food vendors, some great demos & competitions, music, and a beer garden!
Here’s a draft schedule to give you an idea of what’s lined up so far:
10 am
• All Bike Day Stations and Tables Open
• Bike Valet
• Bike Safety Rodeo
• BMX track open
• Bike and Helmet Decoration
• Free Bike Safety Checks
• Bike Blended Smoothies
• Pancakes
• Part of parking lot reserved for Bike Polo, Bike Rodeo, & Tricycle Races
• All other booths & info tables
11:00am – All other food vendors open, beer garden opens
10:30-11:15- Music: Sideroads- Main Stage
11:30 – 12:30 – Kutsinhira Marimba Band- Main Stage
11:00 – 12:30 – Bike Polo & Tricycle Races- parking lot.
Cyclocross Race (Advanced and Beginner)- Behind Science Factory
12:30pm – Bike & Gear Fashion Show- Main Stage
1:00pm – Bottom Brackettes- Main Stage
1:30pm – Grey Matter Jugglers- Main Stage
2:00pm –KWVA DJ’s – Main Stage
Trackstand Competition- Parking Lot
BMX Demo- BMX Track
2:30pm – Jump expo- behind Science Factory
3:00pm- Unicycle Demo- Parking Lot
3:30pm- Trackstand and Flat Fix Finals- Main Stage

Great you’re having a ‘Cross demo. I plan on having a four week ‘Crossclinic in Eugene late summer.

Yeah! We bumped you up to 1:30! Schedule has been tweaked… think we have it pretty well dialed in now. True as can be for a hand built wheel put together by an amateur like me.
